Conduct classification survey in community before 31st August  with the help of telephone directory, other business directory i.e.: business chambers and associations.
                Comply a Roster of filled and unfilled classification
                Review with the board on all classification problems.

RECRUITMENT - Chairman PP Rtn. Dr. Pragati Sinha
Assist the board in investing the character, business or  profession, community standing and general eligibility of all  persons proposed for membership. In assessing a candidate's qualifications for membership, the following points should be considered -                    
                > Is the Individual above reproach ?
                > Is the reputation of the individual's firm exemplary ?
                > Is the person "service minded" ?
                > Can the candidate meet the financial obligations of membership and attend weekly meetings ?
Report the committee decision on all proposal to the board. Promptly explain the committee's investigation and the reasons for its conclusions.

                > Establish the club goal for growth
                > Encourage all members to propose prospective members.
                > Promote the District Membership Development Seminar

                Communicate the information about Rotary to prospective &  new members as well as experienced Rotarians.
                Overseas the orientation of new members during the first year in the club.
                Provide information about Rotary, its history, object, scope and activities to members.
                Inform the members regarding the developments in the  administrative operation of Rotary International.
Observe Rotary Awareness Month in January by showing RI  Videos etc. in weekly meeting, updating the club library of RI Publications or sponsoring the Quiz Show Competition on Rotary Information.

Attendance and Fellowship  Chairman Rtn. Bina Patwari
Encourage attendance at regular club meetings or regular meetings of other clubs, when a    member is unable to attend the home club meeting.
Keep all members informed of attendance requirements.
Promote, foster, and enhance better fellowship amongst  members by way of  acquaintances and friendship during  get togethers and excursions.
Motivate R/Anns to play an active role in get together and excursions Welcome visiting Rotarians and guests
Send greetings to Rotarians and their families on important occasions
Encourage new members to speak about themselves and  announcements

     To take the help of specialized Doctors Team for the camp

     To provide books & stationery for the project

     To organize Health camps for poor women in slum areas
     To organize camps for Adult Education
     Finalize the SAHELI Project with the help of RI under   Matching Grant

     To identify the area where water supply / toilets are not  available
     To finalize the space for hand pump set installation or toilet  construction
     To arrange & to get done the bore well and hand pump  installation or toilet      construction
     Try to get the sponsorship of each unit of the project
