Conduct classification survey in community before 31st August  with the help of telephone directory, other business directory i.e.: business chambers and associations.
                Comply a Roster of filled and unfilled classification
                Review with the board on all classification problems.

RECRUITMENT - Chairman PP Rtn. Dr. Pragati Sinha
Assist the board in investing the character, business or  profession, community standing and general eligibility of all  persons proposed for membership. In assessing a candidate's qualifications for membership, the following points should be considered -                    
                > Is the Individual above reproach ?
                > Is the reputation of the individual's firm exemplary ?
                > Is the person "service minded" ?
                > Can the candidate meet the financial obligations of membership and attend weekly meetings ?
Report the committee decision on all proposal to the board. Promptly explain the committee's investigation and the reasons for its conclusions.

                Overseas the orientation of new members during the first year in the club.
                Provide information about Rotary, its history, object, scope and activities to members.
                Inform the members regarding the developments in the  administrative operation of Rotary International.
Observe Rotary Awareness Month in January by showing RI  Videos etc. in weekly meeting, updating the club library of RI Publications or sponsoring the Quiz Show Competition on Rotary Information.

     To publicize the whole matter in the society, so that more & more people get       motivated towards such programs.

     To organize health check up camps for Rotarians and family of Rotarians

Blood Donation - Chairman Rtn. Suman Sinha
     To organize voluntary Blood Donation Camps
     To arrange the blood for needy patients time to time
     Plan for a set up of a organized blood bank
     Develop a blood donor directory of members with other  donors of social reputation with blood group
     To recognize the blood donors in regular meetings

Corrective & Reconstructive Surgery  Chairman PP Rtn. Dr. S. S. Jha
     To identify those poor people who are disabled by leg and are  not in good financial condition to get an artificial leg.
     To classify those people for artificial Jaipuria Leg and for tricycle
To organize camp for 5 to 7 days for preparation, fitting & training of Jaipuria Leg for the needy, and also distributing tricycles.
     To motivate people/ Rotarians/ Anns for getting sponsored for each artificial limb/tricycle
     To motivate Rotarians / Anns to attend & serve on all programs
     To publicize the whole matter in the society, so that more & more people get motivated towards such programs

     To Address issues dealing with the physical state of a community and it's facilities
     To focus on projects that deal with community centres, health facilities, infrastructure improvement, libraries, parks, recreational  facilities, public facilities, safety, sanitation, schools, urban and rural revitalisation.

 Function as a subcommittee of the international service committee

Provide Rotarians with information on the world community  service program and resources available from RI and its Foundation
